Refund and Cancellation Policy

By accessing and using Paybrook’s payroll services, YOU accept and agree to the terms, conditions, and rules without limitation or qualification.

1. Refund Policy

All payments made for Paybrook’s payroll services are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payments or service failures on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon approval.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their payroll service subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will apply post-cancellation.

3. No Liability for Errors

Paybrook is not liable for any erroneous payments made by the USER to incorrect accounts, including payments related to payroll transactions. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details.

4. Refunds for Erroneous Transactions

In case of any erroneous payments, the USER’s only recourse is to contact the relevant third party. Paybrook will not reverse or refund any payments made in error.

5. Data Accuracy

It is the USER’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all payroll-related data, including employee details and bank account information. Paybrook will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect data provided by the USER.

6. Disputes and Claims

Any disputes regarding payroll transactions must be addressed directly with Paybrook’s support team. Paybrook’s records will be considered the conclusive evidence of transactions carried out.

7. Third-Party Services

Paybrook is not responsible for services provided by third-party vendors or aggregators. Any disputes regarding third-party services must be resolved directly with the respective vendor.

Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below
